What we collect
We collect information you choose to submit through the newsletter form and limited technical information needed to secure, route, and document that submission. Optional analytics and advertising technologies do not load unless a visitor provides the applicable consent.
Newsletter and subscriber data
When you subscribe, we collect your first name, email address, mobile number, separate email and SMS consent choices, consent timestamp and version, signup page, source, vertical, referrer, and confirmation status. We use this information to maintain consent and suppression records, deliver the updates you requested, measure engagement, and protect the signup process. Email and SMS choices are recorded separately, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.
Service providers and retention
Subscriber records are routed to SecureClient Access for consent, source, and suppression management and to Mautic for requested email communications. Hosting and security providers process the minimum technical data needed to operate the site. Google services may process analytics or advertising data after the applicable consent choice. Records are retained while a subscription or compliance obligation remains active and then deleted or minimized according to operational and legal requirements.
Mobile information
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They are used only to operate the messaging program, document consent, process opt-out and help requests, prevent abuse, and work with service providers that deliver those functions on our behalf.
Cookies and advertising
The site supports consent-gated Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel identifiers. Nonessential integrations are designed not to load until a visitor accepts the analytics and advertising category. See the cookie policy for available choices.
